Hi Everyone!
There have been a few questions coming in re. RED-S Screening Tools coming in so wanted to ‘share with all’ here.
Further investigation into the RED-S RST as cited in the IOC Consensus unhelpfully does not include a scoring system – it includes the questionnaire and the cut-off scores for risk profiling, however it does not inform how to score the questionnaire. We have contacted the corresponding authors and will keep you updated in this thread.
The LEAF-Q was not specifically designed with ‘games’ sports in mind which some practitioners consider a limitation, however this paper used it to assess EA in youth female footballers in Poland: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34557358/
