Hello FAH community,
I recently took over as our FAHL and so just working through the leadership course. I guess from my perspective I am still working through resources etc, that might be helpful, but one thing I am trying to keep in mind is that FAH goes beyond practical solutions and is just as much a cultural thing. I am looking forward to the continuation of exploring this area, and being a leader who can continue to challenge and bring about change!
