With only starting my work in the female background at the start of this football season I have developed my knowledge so much with it being a new area that I have never has experience in. Being a female myself I have learnt so much about athlete health for females and learnt new things. Becoming the lead Sports Therapist for my team allowed me to take control of the team for the medical side and understand how female athletes work. Kitman labs has really helped me understand the athletes themselves especially with menstrual cycles and soreness at certain times in the cycle and how this affects their training load and schedules.

Another app/resource that I have used to reach out to various people and used platforms to gain knowledge is LinkedIn. I have followed certain pages such as Women in Football to follow up on posts, pages, resources to keep on top of my learning for female athletes themselves.
